Helmut Farthofer – Initiator
Helmut brings over 15 years of professional experience in corporate and international public sector finance to VentureOne. As the initiator of the hub, he combines his expertise with a strong enthusiasm for the low-code/no-code movement and the integration of large language models into everyday corporate finance processes. Beyond his professional focus, Helmut is passionate about functional fitness, Tabata training, yoga, and enjoys being a frequent visitor to the theater.

Anthony Ikeri
Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Anthony is a publisher, educator, and project developer focused on cultural exchange, language education, and sustainable development initiatives. Through his work with Cultures du Monde, Ihe promotes global understanding by creating bilingual educational content and engaging learning experiences in English and French.
He is currently developing a sustainable and scalable food security project centered on poultry farming, combining innovation, local impact, and economic viability. Anthony’s goal is to contribute to community empowerment, job creation, and improved access to quality food systems.
He is particularly interested in international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and partnerships that drive social impact and sustainable growth.

Tessy Lum
Based in Cameroon, Tessy Lum holds a degree in Chemistry and STEM Education and has been teaching Chemistry for more than four years. Alongside her role as an educator, she is a Virtual Assistant, helping professionals stay organized and efficient. Tessy is passionate about education, technology, and exploring how digital tools can make learning and work more effective. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, cooking.

The Meta-University
The Meta-University – as the University of Universities – is a virtual campus concept designed to guide people toward various online learning opportunities – from full study programs to short courses and micro-courses. The concept shall reflect the future of education in the digital age by connecting and inspiring people worldwide and opening doors to the diverse educational resources. Our mission is to empower learners to effectively harness the opportunities offered by modern online education – such as distance learning, MOOCs, and digital learning platforms.

Neuro-Media Programming
Neuro-Media Programming (NMP for short) stands for a full training system aiming to increase interpersonal communication skills by including latest online media possibilities. NMP comprises out of a collection of methods and techniques that deal with the control of psychological processes in humans in an online setting. Among other, it will draw on concepts from classical NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), the possibilities of modern online media and the findings of behavioral research.
The term itself refers to the well-known concept that processes in the brain (“neuro”) can be consciously and specifically changed (“programmed”) through the influence of language, images, and sound. The courses are openly accessible and the techniques learnable by everyone. The skills can be applied in coaching, therapy, or simply in the next team meeting at work.
